Raised in Richmond, California, Richard A. Farr Jr. is building 7 Wonders around a practical belief: ideas matter when you do the work to turn them into something people can use.

His background includes hands-on work in packaging operations, inventory and materials coordination, shipping, robotics operations and event setup. That hands-on experience informs how he approaches new projects: understand the people doing the work, identify what gets in their way and build toward a clearer way forward.

At 7 Wonders, his work spans technology, digital experiences and original storytelling. Founder-led projects in development include OMA for independent artists and their careers, and 7 Wonders Logistics for the work shared across freight operations. Bancroft, an original serialized drama set in East Oakland, brings stories of brotherhood, family, business and legacy into that wider creative direction.

Alongside those ventures, Richard works on client websites that help businesses present themselves clearly and connect with customers. The company is being built project by project, with an ambition that reaches beyond a single platform or service.

Richmond is part of his story, not the limit of his vision. He wants to build enduring businesses, create opportunity and open doors for others.
