Full commerce, custom apps, integrations, migrations, multiple locations and bespoke 3D animation need a separate brief and quote. Booking setup uses a compatible provider; it is not custom booking software.

Our website animation and fictional demo features are not automatically included. We confirm feasibility, dependencies and acceptance checks before agreement.

What happens after I choose a package?

We discuss your goal and review access, content and provider requirements. You receive a written scope, schedule estimate and full cost before agreement. Payment is 50% of the agreed quote to start and 50% after approval, before launch.

What costs are separate?

Domain registration and renewal, hosting, business email, provider subscriptions, SMS, processing fees, premium assets, printing, ads and taxes are separate. Expected recurring costs are disclosed before agreement. You own and pay for your provider accounts.

What is a revision round?

One consolidated feedback list within the approved direction. Each package includes two rounds. A new direction, added functionality or extra pages requires a separate scope decision.

Who supplies the content?

You supply accurate, approved business facts and licensed images/logo assets. The $750 package edits up to 400 words; the $1,500 package includes up to 900 words of draft copy; the $2,750 package includes up to 1,500 words. Additional copy is quoted without charging twice for included work.

When will the website be ready?

We confirm a realistic schedule after reviewing scope, capacity, complete assets, access and initial payment. Provider verification and client approvals can affect timing. No fixed deadline is promised before that review.

What happens after launch?

All packages include a 30-day window to fix defects in our delivered scope. Optional care starts at $150/month for ONE TOTAL HOUR across minor updates and one scheduled link/form check, with no rollover. Extra work is approved first. No 24/7 monitoring or guaranteed recovery.

Does a request form confirm an order or appointment?

No. A request collects information for the business to review. Booking confirmations and reminder rules depend on the selected provider and approved workflow. No payments, inventory or checkout are included unless explicitly scoped.

Does branding include trademark clearance?

No. Logo starter and visual brand kit work exclude naming, trademark search/clearance, custom 3D and animation. Asset licensing and originality are reviewed before delivery.
